In the world of Telecasters, blonde is without a doubt the all time best selling colour - Granted the shade of blonde has changed a touch over the years, so throw in a few sunburst, black and olympic white finished Teles and you have covered the bulk of colour options that have been applied to the Grandfather of the electric guitar - On that basis, a copper finished USA 52 is certainly an unusual option, but nevertheless it is a colour that Fender offered for a short period - Effectively it is the same guitar, model and spec as the best selling Butterscotch Blonde Fender USA 52 Vintage Tele Replica, but now in copper - Should it be called the Coppercaster ?

It is supplied with the original certificate of authenticity which states that it is a 1997 model - For a guitar that is now 15 years old, we are talking about an exceptionally clean instrument - Ding and dint free, no fret issues, almost/if any surface grazes on the copper finish and only a few pic marks on the shinny black pick guard - The price includes the deluxe tweed case, strap, spare 6 saddle bridge, bridge cover as well as a set of tags/paper work - It is still vintage wired, hence neck pick-up with the big tone capicitor on position 1, position 2 is neck only via the regular tone pot and position 3 is bridge pick-up only - Some convert this to the modern Tele wiring, which we can do if required, but as it stands it is factory wired - Otherwise it is a pure 50's vintage spec'd Tele and yours for a gnats whisker under a grand - Re-strung and set-up with a set of 10's
